Before Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Poe Dameron was known as one of the best pilots in the Resistance. And now Marvel is currently chronicling Poe’s earliest adventures in an ongoing comic book series by writer Charles Soule and artist Phil Noto. Unfortunately for Poe, Soule and Noto have given him his own personal nemesis: Agent Terex of the First Order. And Terex may have the key to destroying everything that Poe is fighting for!
Somehow, Terex seems to know every move that Black Squadron will make before they make it! The only conclusion that Poe has come to is that Terex must have a traitor in his squad. But if so, which member is secretly working against their friends?
Marvel has provided CraveOnline with an exclusive preview of Star Wars: Poe Dameron # 8, which finds Poe struggling with the idea that he can’t trust his friends in Black Squadron, and it’s clearly tearing him apart. In Poe’s mind, each of his teammates has done something suspicious, but there’s no single person whom Poe can completely rule out other than himself.
Here’s Marvel’s official description of the issue:
“NEW STORY ARC STARTS HERE! Agent Terex has sworn vengeance against Poe Dameron! But how does he always seem to know what Black Squadron is doing? Could there truly be a traitor in their midst?”
Star Wars: Poe Dameron # 8 will be released on Wednesday, November 9.
