It’s official: Millennials are bored.
According to The Independent, a spokesperson for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) is warning ladies across the planet to refrain from joining the latest trend when it comes to “dressing up” their vaginas.
That trend? You guessed it: Jamming glitter-filled capsules called Passion Dust up their hump holes so they will “look and taste better.”

“The vagina contains a delicate balance of good bacteria, which are there to protect it,” Dr. Vanessa McKay said. “If women place foreign objects inside their vagina, they risk disturbing this balance which may lead to infection, such as bacterial vaginosis or thrush, and inflammation.”
Gynecologist Shazia Malik agreed with McKay.
“Using a product like this so called passion dust might actually kill off any passion at all,” Malik said. “The starch and gelatin will increase the pH as well as adding sugar to vaginal secretions, which will encourage harmful bacteria and fungi such as Candida to thrive. This causes increased discharge and a painful inflamed vagina, which causes painful intercourse.”
Of course, all of that still sounds better than taking a loaded gun and throwing it up there.
