In an interview in the upcoming issue of V Magazine, Brad Pitt defends how he handled the break up of his four and half year marriage to Jennifer Aniston. His reason? Angelina Jolie was super hot. He says:
The most important thing about that time was for Jen and me to figure out if – how do I put it? – if we didn’t want to go on without any outside influence… Is this where we got off? Have we taken this as far as we wanted to go? “Those questions had to be answered before an attraction to Angie could be answered…I don’t know how better to have handled it… The thing guiding me then was you don’t know how many days you have, and you need life to be everything you need it to be.”
I remember that one time I picked up that half empty can of dog food off the ground on the way to my buddy’s house. I’ll admit, it looked pretty tasty, but when I got there my buddy was grilling steaks. Then I realized I was holding a can of dog food and I threw it in the fucking trash. Yeah, what Brad said just totally reminded me of that.
