The Sony/Marvel hack specified that Spider-Man must be white, and as you can see, Tom Holland is pretty white. The email also specified that Spider-Man must be straight, but Tom Holland is British, so that might be a don’t ask, don’t tell kinda thing. Anyway, The Impossible star, Tom Holland, has been cast as Spider-Man. He’ll have his own standalone movie hitting theaters on July 28, 2017, but he’ll also appear in Captain America: Civil War. No word yet on which side will be carrying the Confederate flag. Probably the one Mike Hucakebee endorses.
