Last week, Maxim released their 2013 Hot 100 list. We've already talked about the Top 20 most underrated women on the list. Then, we got a little more honest in evaluating the Top 20 overrated women on the list. Now, it's time to ask why Maxim picked 20 women whose hotness may not have passed — but their time on a list like this most definitely has.
