I missed National Rum Day. I admit it. I was out on the road covering an event on August 16, and I didn’t bring you the news of all things Rum.
To make it up to you, I went over to the folks at Zacapa Rum for a couple recipes you can use to travel back in time to the major holiday that is/was National Rum Day. So, behold the Mackenzie Zacapa Rum Negroni and Zacapa Rum Manhattan.
Mix, enjoy responsibly and repeat every National Rum Day.
