Now that GTA Online is officially out and partially working, we can start talking about DLC updates we’d like to see. Rockstar has already said that they plan on supporting this services for the foreseeable future including the already confirmed Beach Bum Pack, Content Creator, Capture the Flag, and Heists packages. These will be great additions, but we’d love to explore new and unique gameplay elements.
In fact, I’ve been thinking about the stuff I want to do and play in GTA Online for weeks now, and I’ve decided to pick my five favorites from this mental list and dish them out to you.
See below in the gallery where I list five content updates I’m pumped to see from GTA Online :

Top 5 GTA Online DLC Updates We Want to See
Holiday Themed Madness
Halloween is coming up, folks. And Rockstar already infested Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV with zombies. I want more of that, and I want it to happen on a massive scale in GTA Online .
Drop a zombie infection in Los Santos, and watch it spread from player to player over a few weeks until no one's left clean.
Don't stop at Halloween, either. When Christmas comes, hide a few of Santa's sleds in the wilderness. Let players steal them and fly all over San Andreas.
Bring Back Hunting
There was nothing quite like roaming the open world of Red Dead Redemption with friends while hunting for a checklist of prey. Stalking bears, shooting birds and going after deer was hilarious in groups, and it made exploring the sprawling wilderness amazing in that wild west affair.
I'd love to see Rockstar patch in more wildlife and a checklist of things to hunt. Imagine teaming up with friends, taking an RV into the wilderness and going after a whole list of crazy critters.
It would be hilarious and fun.
Fighter Jet Dogfights
There are fighter jets in GTA . You have to find them, and you have to jump through hoops to steal them, but they exist.
They are fun to fly, and they do a crap load of damage. Why not create a multiplayer deathmatch mode that pits teams against other teams up in the sky in fighter jets. Like Top Gun, only with reputation points and money on the line. I'm already salivating.
Going Pro in Sports
Cycling, golf, darts and triathlons. They're a part of the game, and they make up so much of what I did in my free time within GTA V 's single player element.
Let's take all of those, and build a professional career mode out of them. Players could hop into races or golf tourneys, play through once a week and get ranked. The top group of "athletes" in each sport could earn a living off of sponsorships.
Even further, take those players and plaster them on billboards and in commercials within the GTA Online universe. They'll be "famous," and stupid rich.
Treasure Hunting
What's a living and breathing world without a few crazies trying to find money in really stupid and nonsensical ways? Bring on underwater treasure hunting.
The world of GTA Online is an island. With water on all sides, there's plenty of space to drop shipwrecks and sunken treasure. Rockstar should put up a patch with hidden treasure maps that need a group to decipher.
These treasure hunters would ally, find a pile of doubloons and be insane rich. Sounds awesome, right?
