First Look: Superior Spider-Man #24

Holy crap! Is the Venom symbiote going to possess Octo-Spidey? Or is this something else entirely?

We've got your first look at Superior Spider-Man #24, which will bring Venom – currently possessed by Peter Parker's old bully Flash Thompson – back into the mix to face the current version of Parker, whose mind has been replaced by Dr. Octopus. How will Otto deal with the symbiote? Well, here's the official synopsis blurb:

"Nobody has tested Peter Parker quite like Venom – will Otto Octavius face the same perils? Flash Thompson is back in town for his first run-in with the Superior Spider-Man! And this clash isn’t going to be pretty! But even as the wallcrawlers clash – the Green Goblin and his army prepare to make their move. Plus, the answer to the question everyone will be asking – 'Who is the Superior Venom?!'"

Superior Venom? Take a gander at what you'll see in the next arc, from Dan Slott and Humberto Ramos. Slott has stressed that Venom doesn't have his own book to return to anymore (sadly), so all bets are off!

As far as reviews go, he believes the main point of being a critic is not to pass yourself off as the final arbiter of quality passing holy judgment on a work of art, but rather just to share opinions so that the reader can decide whether or not the critic is someone whose tastes generally align with theirs.  If so, that reviewer is one whose work you can trust if you're curious about a particular title.  If not, cue loud, angry internet vitriol.
