Kicking off the festival season in the new year, SXSW 2014 is set to descend on Austin, TX this March for another installment of the annual week-long music extravaganza. Roughly 25,000 people invade downtown Austin for the event, which features thousands of bands playing multiple shows amidst a carousel of music panels, industry parties, conference sessions, spontaneous streetcorner performances and more.
On top of all that, SXSW always seems to fall within range of St. Patrick’s Day, making for an extra edge of indulgence to the entire production.
