The PS3 and Xbox 360 generation might be over, but there are must-play games making their way to last-gen platforms for 2014. One of those games is Dark Souls 2, a spiritual successor to two of the best RPGs we’ve seen in the past decade.
Dark Souls 2 is sticking to the formula of making your success incredibly difficult but rewarding, just like real life. Its leaked list of achievements and trophies are very similar to the past couple games, requiring the defeat of many intimidating bosses and plenty of grinding.
One in particular greets the first death of the player with an achievement named “This is Dark Souls”. If only there were another called “Get Used to It”.
