There’s a new face coming to “24: Live Another Day.” And it means more heartache for Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland).
According to TVLine, Tate Donovan has joined the cast of “24: Live Another Day” as White House Chief of Staff Mark Boudreau, who serves under President James Heller (William Devane). Donovan’s character is also the second husband of Audrey Raines (Kim Raver), Jack’s former lover who hasn’t been seen on the series since “24” Season 6.
Oddly enough, this means that Kim Raver is now playing two characters who married to the Chief of Staff in “Revolution” and “24: Live Another Day.”
Donovan most recently co-starred in the CBS series “Hostages,” with pervious TV stints in “Damages,” “The O.C.,” “Weeds” and “No Ordinary Family.” Donovan has also appeared in Space Camp, Argo, Clean and Sober and Love Potion No. 9 in addition to providing the voice of the lead character in Disney’s Hercules.
Other new additions to the “24” cast for “Live Another Day” include Benjamin Bratt, Yvonne Strahovski, Giles Matthey and Gbenga Akinnagbe.
“24: Live Another Day” will premiere on Monday, May 5 on Fox.
