Exclusive: Listen to Workout’s Awesome Cover of ‘The Heat is On’ by Glenn Frey

Sometimes a slice of retro goodness hits the mark in the most perfect way. Brooklyn-based glam rockers Workout have rocked a short and sweet cover of Glenn Frey's song "The Heat Is On," the classic 1984 jam from Beverly Hills Cop.

With an awesomely faithful approach, the guys tear up the track for a hot minute and take us back to a time before the internet, before selfies, when quoting Ghostbusters was the focal point of our entire culture. In other words, the good old days. Check out Workout's time-machine cover below, exclusively on Crave:

The band recently premiered their video "Life Is A Nightmare" on Baeble Music, watch. You can stream their recently released full-length album Rockit Science HERE. The band has been featured in Wired, The New Yorker, and many more.

Keep up with Workout at their official site, as well as on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
