What an incredible coincidence – Luis Suarez’s four-month ban from football ends on October 25th, just one day before his new club Barcelona’s El Clasico match against Real Madrid on the 26th.
Suarez, who was banned from all football-related activity after biting Italian defender Chiellini at the World Cup 2014, though was still purchased from Liverpool by Barcelona for a whopping £75million despite him missing out on a chunk of the season.
The striker’s ban lifting before El Clasico means that he will likely make his debut for his new club in one of the most heavily-anticipated club games of the season.
Suarez will be going up against his opposing team’s new signing, James Rodriguez, who was bought by Real Madrid after his spectacular World Cup performance for Columbia.
