Watch: Coldplay’s Game of Thrones Musical Parody Starring Tyrion, Jon Snow and… er… Liam Neeson

Coldplay have teamed up with the case of Game of Thrones in order to produce a special video for charity event Red Nose Day USA, producing a parody “musical” that features everything from a Jon Snow rendition of ‘Wild Thing’ through to the Mother of Dragons going reggae. It even sees fierce rivals Ramsay Bolton and Theon Greyjoy engaging in an acoustic number together – I guess all that “crucifixion torture” nonsense is behind them.

The video was part of the first ever Red Nose Day USA, the US take on the famous British charity event, which aired last night on NBC. The event was been set up in order to help children living in poverty in the US and around the world, with it featuring a host of famous faces looking to convince the general public to donate to the cause, including the likes of One Direction and Robert Pattinson.

Donations are still being taken, and you can find out more about the event here. Watch the full 12-minute musical parody below:

Suffice to say this looks far more interesting than the UK’s Red Nose Day, which tends to run the gamut of C-list celebrities with the occasional appearance of David Beckham, who by this point you’d think could raise the amount of money typically donated to the cause using the loose change he finds down the back of his sofa.
