Indianapolis Motor Speedway might be best known for the 500 mile IndyCar race celebrated every Memorial Day, but NASCAR brought its stars to what might be the world’s most famous track for the Brickyard 400.
With its sponsor name front and center, it’s officially the Crown Royal 400 at the Brickyard. Regardless, the event opens up the track to a world of race fans — inviting them all to get down and kiss the bricks, honoring the yard of brickwork marking the track’s start finish line.

On this steamy, overcast day, Kyle Busch overcame the heat and an often debris-covered track to become the first driver since 2007 to win three straight races. Busch missed a chunk of this racing season with a broken leg, but he’s storming back into the Sprint Cup Chase quickly in recent weeks.
