The Stone Roses’ iconic lemon logo is currently appearing all over Manchester, with many speculating that the band is set to unveil brand new material this week.
The logo can be seen on various digital billboards around the city, with fans in the band’s hometown sharing photos of them on Twitter and Facebook. Since their reformation, the band has been known to discreetly fill Manchester with lemon posters prior to an upcoming announcement, with the PR stunt having previously been pulled before they confirmed their tour last year.

The posters have also been sighted at the Vinyl Revival record store on Hilton Street, which was plastered with the lemon logo back in 2015 prior to the band announcing their live shows:

This news follows a fan posting a photo of himself standing alongside the band’s bassist Mani, who reportedly informed him that a new Stone Roses single would be “out next week”, telling him to “keep listening to the radio.”
