For six glorious days, the Chicago Cubs will sell a fascinating, novel food item at Wrigley Field — the deep dish hot dog pizza.
Let me repeat that. A deep dish, hot dog, pizza.

A more detailed from the Chicago-Eater:
The unholy matrimony of Chicago foodstuffs features Giordano’s personal cheese deep dish pizza crust topped with chopped hot dogs and traditional Chicago-style hot dog toppings including tomatoes, onions, sport peppers and mustard. There’s no ketchup, but baseball fans will have to contend with tomato sauce.
The pizza hot dog-thingys will be $10 each. It will not include an over-the-counter for indigestion.
It is National Hot Dog Month after all.
