Just a trash bag on legs pummeling some poor old lady.
This is obviously another incident that kicked off because of road rage, but did this old lady really deserved to get pummeled, dragged to the ground which led to a massive bump on her head? Nope.
The incident kicked off after a fender bender, and the fight takes place in a California thrift store parking lot. The two women? A 25-year-old named Vanessa Ortiz, and an unidentified 67-year-old woman. 67, folks.
The video below shows both women grabbing at each other, with Ortiz eventually punching the woman, and throwing her on the ground. This not only leads to a bump on the woman’s head, but it also appears she breaks her arm.

Ortiz was of course arrested and now faces felony battery charges. But here’s what Ortiz had to say to Fox San Diego.
“I pushed her and it was an accident. And I apologize to her, her family, whatever.”
I also grab people by the head and throw them to the ground by accident — happens all the time.
“She’s like a spicy old lady,” Ortiz adds, saying that this woman isn’t your “average old lady.” According to Bernardo Gonzalez, a witness, he said that it was the old lady who started things.
“The old lady started getting all in (Ortiz’s) face and got aggressive with her,” Gonzalez stated.
Well, regardless, Ortiz is now behind bards and she’s not eligible for bail because she had an arrest warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of loitering with the intent of prostitution. Classy.
