You all remember balloon boy? That kid who was apparently inside a runaway balloon and the entire nation was on the edge of its seat only to find out it was nothing but pure bull? Well, that story sort of reminded me of this one right here, but thankfully a couple of nutjob parents aren’t involved.
An11-year-old Florida (of course) boy named Angel had his family and the police baffled when he went missing recently. When his family couldn’t find him they reported him missing. But don’t worry, a few hours later they spotted him. Well, a news chopper covering the story actually did:

Yep, you spot him, too, huh?
“My mom is embarrassed,” Angel Gort told WSVN. “I didn’t mean to cause any trouble, and I didn’t mean to waste any of the police officers’ time.”
Angel, who says he has ADHD, also says that he went up to the roof after he got into a fight with his mother about not wanting to go to camp. That’s right, folks, the kid was pissed because he didn’t want to go to camp.
“We were just kind of searching here waiting for our next hit on this story when we spotted the child,” Ralph Rayburn of 7SkyForce HD said. “He’s on the roof of the house.”

Thankfully, police were able to convince Angel to come off the roof even though Angel knew he was about to get quite the spanking from his mom. Probably with a flip-flop. Angel said he was “not really sure” what he was thinking, and that he does the “stupidest things sometimes.”
“It’s very difficult for her, and I’m proud of the patience she has for me,” Angel said, referring to his mother.
Well, Angel seems like he’s bright, but he just needs to stay away from the roof and go to camp so he can stop annoying his mom.
