It’s kind of hilarious that Kid Rock still thinks he’s relevant, and yet, since when has relevance ever mattered to egomaniac celebrities? Well, that redneck “singer” is back on everyone’s radar once again with a brand-new obnoxious tune titled “We the People.”
The so-called “hard-rock rap” song once again finds the long-haired musical “artist” desperately trying to prove he’s the most patriotic American and the dude with the biggest balls by insulting men who, oh, have brains – specifically Dr. Fauci and Joe Biden.
“Man fuck Fauci,” the die-hard Trumper screams in the painful 4-minute song. “Wear your mask, take your pills, now a whole generation’s mentally ill!”
Sorry, Kid, but the most mentally ill person we can think of right now is…you. And something tells us you’re an anti-masker and definitely not on your meds.
Alas, the song goes on. Other notable (only because they’re absurd) lyrics include:
“But COVID’s near, it’s coming to town, we gotta act quick, shut our borders down; Joe Biden does, the media embraces, Big Don does it, and they call him racist.”
“Inflation’s up like the minimum wage. So it’s all the same. Not a damn thing changed.”
And let’s not forget the dog whistle “Let’s go, Brandon!” (basically just a euphemism for “Fuck Joe Biden”) which is repeated in the chorus.
After all that divisive mud-slinging, the song concludes with Kid Rock pleading for us all to come together.
“We gotta keep fighting for right to be free,” he sings. “And every human being doesn’t have to agree. We all bleed red, brother, listen to me. It’s time for love and unity.”
Oh-kay…What in the ever-loving-fuck did we just listen to? And can we please never, ever hear it again?
