Banksy ‘Howling Wolf’ Art Stolen Within an Hour

Mysterious artist Banksy’s latest art has reportedly been stolen within an hour of being made public. The artwork, which depicted a howling wolf graffitied onto a satellite dish, was the fourth instalment in Banksy’s ‘urban jungle’ wildlife series. But not long after the artist shared a photo of it, thieves in Peckham, London reportedly stole it.

Banksy shared an image of the wolf artwork on his official Instagram page. Not long after, the location of the artwork was identified, and video footage emerged of it being stolen.

The footage depicts a group of Londoners detaching the artwork from a garage roof in Peckham. The individuals are confronted by someone filming the incident, before running down the London street with the dish in their hands.

The individuals responsible for the alleged theft have yet to be named.
