WATCH: London Grammar Cover Miley Cyrus’ ‘Wrecking Ball’

I’m not usually a fan of the earnest covers of pop songs that typically take place in BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, but London Grammar’s rendition of Miley Cyrus’ ‘Wrecking Ball’ is bloody lovely.

The band, who released their debut album If You Wait earlier this year to much critical praise, performed the derided pop starlet’s number one hit single in the BBC studio, taking the song’s bellowing refrain and blending it with frontwoman Hannah Reid’s silky smooth vocals.
