Nintendo has revealed that Diddy Kong has been added to the roster of Super Smash Bros. U & 3DS.
The diminutive chimp, who appears in the recently released Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, is the 24th confirmed combatant in the next iteration in the popular fighting series.
Diddy Kong will feature in both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game, a screenshot of which you can view below.
Diddy Kong made his debut in the SSB series in the Wii’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and is regarded as a top-tier character in the game.
Other recently announced debutantes in the series include Little Mac from Punch Out! and Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy.
