Bethesda is ready to unleash its MMORPG monster, The Elder Scrolls Online. This will be the first time that the legendary The Elder Scrolls series will take online play head-on. You’re likely excited, but its release date of April 4th feels so far away. Thankfully, we’ve come to your aid.

Once you have a key, read the following information which includes when the beta will be playable, and how to register your key:
- Beta takes place from Friday, Feb 28, 12:00pm ET – Sunday, Mar 2, 11:59pm ET
- To redeem, visit and create an account at: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/register/account-information
- After creating and verifying your account, click “Redeem Key” button on the main My Account Page to register your beta key.
- When the process is complete, you¹ll be able to download the game client from your Account Page.
- Use the username and password you registered to login and play the game.
To be clear, this beta is for the PC version only. The Xbox One and PS4 versions are expected to similarly be playable before their anticipated release window of June 2014.
