The PC platform is home to the largest collection of indie titles known to man. However, many of these titles are beginning to find their way onto the alluring PS4, the latest being The Swapper.
Curve Studios has announced that their latest title, The Swapper, will be jumping from PC to the PlayStation family this May. Supported titles include PS4, PS3, and PS Vita.
The Swapper is a puzzle-platformer with unique mechanics that earned it positive critical reception (it has an 87 on Metacritic) when it came out on PC nearly a year ago. Set in a sci-fi world, players are able to use up to four clones of themselves to solve puzzles and navigate harsh terrain. It isn’t just a barrage of puzzles, though. The Swapper has a compelling story from start to finish to accompany its atmospheric world.
Given the current trend of indie titles on the PS4, chances are it’ll be released as a free PS Plus title in the future, possibly even in May when it releases.
