Tosh.0 Tears Apart ESPN For Stealing ‘Web Redemptions’ Segment

Daniel Tosh has had his own show on Comedy Central for five years. In that time, the wildly successful ‘Tosh.0’ has dedicated a large portion of each episode to “Web Redemptions,” a piece that allows a viral video fail to succeed his or her action with a pre-produced second chance. It looks like ESPN liked the idea too, using a very similar concept recently while heading up to Canada to re-create a hockey video that had once gone awry.

Watch Tosh rip ESPN a new one, like only a no-holds-barred comic could, after seeing the sports network use verbatim what he’s only been doing for the better part of a decade. He also has fun pointing out in great hyperbole the ways in which ESPN allocates their time in regards to news.

If anything, it’s just hilarious watching Canucks anthem singer Mark Donnelly fall flat on his face.
