Who needs words when we have emojis at our disposal that say so much more? Now Australian radio station triple j have taken it upon themselves to fill some gaps in the emoji market, today unveiling another set of customised emojis, as chosen by listeners.
Complete with a vinyl record, metal horns, frothing face, the triple j drum and the sure-to-be-overused face palm emoji, the new triple j keyboard ensures you’ll probably never have to string a sentence together with words, ever again.
The new triple j emojis also apply to some unique experiences in the Australian music scene, with the introduction of a tune rag emoji, portaloos and hi-vis sunglasses or, more accurately, speed dealer sunglasses.
