The ‘Suicide Squad’ Cast Expands!

The Suicide Squad just keeps getting larger and larger. This week brings the news that Lost and Thor: The Dark World star Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje will be joining the cast of Warner Bros.’ supervillain team-up movie as the Batman villain Killer Croc. How big can this movie get? Will Warner Bros.’ streamlined approach to jumpstarting a massive cinematic universe work as well as Marvel’s? And will David Ayer’s supervillain film help change the look of the DC superhero movies, as previously established by Zack Snyder in Man of Steel?

Disney Green Lights a Live-Action ‘Mulan’

The latest animated Disney film to get the live-action treatment is Mulan. Wait, is that even old enough to be considered a classic? How will the film’s weirder elements translate to live-action? And what less popular Disney animated films are also worthy of the big screen treatment? Could The Black Cauldron be far behind?

Hugh Jackman Says Goodbye to Wolverine?

Hugh Jackman sent out the word on Instagram that the next Wolverine movie will be his last. Is he serious? Should he keep going, or after nine movies has he officially earned the right to turn in his claws? Won’t we miss his awesome portrayal of one of comics’ most beloved heroes?
