Last Tuesday on From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series, Carlos (Wilmer Valderrama). made a big move against Lord Malvado (Esai Morales) and the other vampire lords when he blew up The Titty Twister, the bar located at the top of an Aztec temple that led many men to their doom.
The Titty Twister was a major location in the original From Dusk Till Dawn movie, and over half of the first season of From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series. But the second season of From Dusk Till Dawn has expanded the story beyond the events of the movie. And The Titty Twister wasn’t as important this season as it had been in the past.
In an exclusive video from El Rey Network, From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series showrunner Carlos Coto and Executive Producer Diego Gutierrez explain why now was the right time to destroy The Titty Twister while showing the behind-the-scenes perspective on one of the most memorable scenes in the second season.
Coto also reveals that From Dusk Till Dawn co-creator Robert Rodriguez made a surprise appearance on set during the night of the planned demolition of The Titty Twister. But you’ll have to watch the video to hear Coto’s take on what Rodriguez told him.
