Spider-Man’s old enemy, Carnage, has come a long way in the All-New, All-Different Marvel Universe! Writer Gerry Conway and artist Mike Perkins have been building a better monster and now even Spidey would be hard pressed to bring Carnage down!
FBI agent Clarie Dixon had been leading the bureau’s Anti-Carnage task force, but they’ve been helpless to stop Carnage after he received his dark magic upgrade from the Book of Sin itself, the Darkhold! Now Carnage is on a quest to claim more of the Darkhold’s power for himself, and Dixon has some potential new allies: The Children of Midnight, including Victoria Montesi, one of the long-missing Darkhold Redeemers! But Victoria is the daughter of the elder god Chthon, and who knows if she can still be trusted after two decades away from the Marvel Universe.
In CraveOnline’s exclusive preview from Carnage # 8, the title character makes a new ally of his own after cutting down some cultists. And this time, Carnage’s ultimate goal may coincide with the ambitions of Chthon’s diminutive messenger on Earth!
