What you are about to see is the face of pure and total elation.
According to Total Frat Move, this miracle took place at this past weekend’s Chilifest, an annual chili cook-off festival outside of Texas A&M’s College Station that raises money for charity, but in reality is just a huge party. Apparently, the girl in the blue shirt was about to be busted for underage drinking, but the campus police officer (or possibly Snook, TX police officer) was willing to give her a “get out of ticket free card” if she could simply beat him in a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors.
Fortunately for our hero, she went with Rock and the cop chose Scissors. Rock beats Scissors, and the rest is history. Now, let’s have a look at how it went down:
