I’m sure airline employees run into bizarre things and people everyday — with some incidents including people trying to bring in illegal things into the country. But what about when it’s one of your own coworkers? Well that’s exactly what happened recently when custom officials at JFK Airport in New York busted an airline crew member trying to sneak drugs into America.
According to UPI, Jamaican citizen Hugh Hall, who was a crew member on a Fly Jamaica Airways flight that was arriving in New York from Montego Bay, was being inspected by police when they found four packages of cocaine taped to his legs under his pants.

Not too savvy.

The cocaine weighed about 9 pounds and had an estimated street value of $160,000.
“This seizure is another example of our CBP officers being ever vigilant in protecting the United States from the distribution of illicit drugs,” said Leon Hayward, acting director of CBP’s New York Field Operations.
Hall was arrested on suspicion if importation of a controlled substance and turned over to Homeland Security investigations.
I don’t know about you all, but I feel like Hall probably shouldn’t show up for his next shift. You know, because he may be out of a job. In other news, United Airlines may give him a job. And no, that won’t be my final jab at that airline.
