The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Flash Thompson

Eugene Thompson is scarcely a “Flash” anymore.  He bullied Spider-Man in high school and he became an alcoholic when he grew up.  He’s a military man, but he’s volunteered to constantly be inhabited by a parasitic alien symbiote what likes to turn into a giant slobber monster from time to time.  He’s also lied to his country about a supervillain having leverage over him, and by the time Venom #11 rolls around next month, he’ll be on the run from the law and forced to team up with his sick and twisted archenemy, the Jack O’Lantern.  That’s a quick turnaround from fighting alongside Captain America in Spider Island.

Really, Jack O’Lantern should never be in street clothes.  It’s somehow even creepier than the flaming pumpkin helmet.
