FOX International Channels announced Wednesday, via Crave’s DailyDead.com, they will air the fourth season premiere of The Walking Dead in 125 nations within 24 hours of the American broadcast.
The Walking Dead will start season 4 this Sunday, October 13. Following an American premiere within such a short period of time is a global television first according to FOX, which broadcasts to some 200 million people across the planet.
FOX has rebroadcast each of the previous season of The Walking Dead but never within one day. The show is FOX International Channels’ highest performing show ever.
