When Crave reported three weeks ago that Joseph Gordon-Levitt was being rumored for a new attempt to make a movie of Neil Gaiman’s Sandman, we thought it was to play Morpheus.
Turns out, according to Crave’s /Film, JGL will produce the film and may direct and star in it as well. We’ll have to wait to see how … or if this all turns out.
In a Tweet, Gordon-Levitt implied the film would likely be an adaptation of “Preludes and Nocturnes,” the first story arc in the Gaiman’s epic series.
