BCS Championship Drinking Game

On Jan. 4, the Auburn Tigers and Florida State Seminoles will duke it out for the BCS National Championship. To help make your viewing experience even better, we created the “BCS Championship Drinking Game”. It should be a great game, but a drinking game can turn it into a memorable experience.

*Please play safe and know when to say when. Pre-determine which levels you want to play.

Freshman – Level 1 – Take a drink every time:
The Heisman award is brought up
Passing play greater than 20 yards
Team crosses the 50 yard line (a.k.a. the LSU challenge)
Auburn and “destiny” get used in the same sentence
SEC run of championship titles is referenced
Fumble
Touchdown
First Down

Sophomore – Level 2 – Take a drink every time:
A mention of Jameis Winston not wearing contacts on the field.
The Iron Bowl is mentioned.
Replay of the “Prayer at Jordan-Hare” catch (Auburn vs. Georgia).
Running play greater than 10 yards.
Camera shot of the trophy during the game.
One of the coaches screaming is on camera.
Interception caught.
Someone in your home walks in and asks “who is winning” or “what just happened”.
The AT&T commercial where the guy talks to the kids AND they say “adorable” or “cute”.

Junior – Level 3 – Take a drink every time:
Every time “undefeated” is said.
Jameis Winston’s off-field distractions are mentioned.
Holding penalty
Field Goal
Punt
Aerial shot of the Rose Bowl
Vizio is mentioned as the title sponsor. (Take two if it is used casually)
Jameis Winston’s age (20 years old)
Kirk Herbstreit uses the phrase “… needs to step up.”           

Senior – Level 4 – Take a drink every time:
Pasadena is mentioned
The “last BCS bowl” or next year’s playoffs is mentioned.
A cheerleader is shown.
Pass interference.
Sack, pass deflection or the QB throws away the ball.
“Unsportsmanlike” penalty is called.
Brent Musburger says “friend” or “Partner” or “folks”.

Grad Student – Level Five – Take three drink every time:
Katherine Webb is somehow mentioned, shown, or talked about by Brent Musburger
Condoleezza Rice or any other playoff committee is mentioned or shown.
A coach gives actual insight during an interview.
If Bo Jackson or Deion Sanders is shown on the sidelines.
Commercial for one of the universities heralding their academic excellence.
