At Comic-Con 2014, we had the pleasure of speaking with “Penny Dreadful” star, Harry Treadaway, who plays the role of the surprisingly gentle Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Treadaway talks about the Comic-Con experience and how being with the fans differs greatly from the solitary feeling he gets from filming. Treadaway finds it “touching” that dedicated fans will dress up, or cosplay, as characters from the series.
Season two was only recently renewed, so the actors have yet to read a script, but you can expect more “Penny Dreadful” on Showtime in 2015. Season one will be released on iTunes, Amazon Digital Video, Google Play, and other digital services on October 7, 2014.
