Channel Nine‘s breakfast program, the Today Show, hosted by Karl Stefanovic, Lisa Wilkinson and their merry band of TV presenters, will be hauling it over to the USA for a week of live shows, and they’ve already started spreading the news.
The promo video for the live USA shows has just been released. The clever clip cuts between famous scenes from a handful of iconic American movies which are superimposed with bits featuring the mischievous Today cast.
See resident Today Show rapper, Karl Stefanovic, get schooled on style by Meryl Streep The Devil Wears Prada-style. Watch as Lisa Wilkinson walks off hand-in-hand with Tom Hanks on the deck of the Empire State and witness the Ghostbusters crew try and decipher the enigma that is Richard Wilkins.
The Today Show will be broadcasting live from the USA NEXT week with Karl, Lisa, Ben and Sylvia taking on East Coast duties from Times Square, while old mate Richard Wilkins and Richard Reid will report live from the West Coast. Plus Emma Freedman is hitting some of America’s best national parks.
