While we may have the desire to interact with celebrities, sometimes there are those of us who get their time in the public spotlight by goading someone famous. This is one of those occasions.
A Twitter user foolishly decided to call Justin Timberlake a bandwagon Memphis Grizzlies fan, despite the fact that Justin is part owner of the team for over a decade, and is from Memphis.
Big mistake. Even the team’s twitter posted the above picture, saying Timberlake’s been “bandwagon since 2001”.
Ouch. Maybe think next time you try to call someone out, know the facts. Hat tip to NESN for this story.
