The B-Movies Podcast #200: The Christian Phantom Menace

That’s not a typo: CraveOnline’s B-Movies Podcast has officially been running for 200 weekly episodes! (And that’s not even including the bonus episodes with exclusive interviews and downloadable commentary tracks!) Hosts William Bibbiani and Witney Seibold would like to thank their many listeners for helping us all reach this milestone, and to celebrate we’re doing… pretty much the same thing we always do, but with special guest David Bergantino, and new chibi illustrations of Bibbs and Witney!

David Bergantino is the author of the best movie novelization of all-time, for Wes Craven’s New Nightmare, and he’s on deck to tell us all about the movie novelization industry, his history with the Elm Street franchise and his upcoming new video game Feed My Alien! He’s a very cool guy and a very interesting guest, and we think you’ll have a lot of fun listening to his stories.

Also on this week’s 200th episode spectacular of The B-Movies Podcast, Bibbs and Witney talk about the much-debated hack on Sony Pictures, the new vacancy in the Star Trek 3 director’s chair (and why Witney should be allowed to fill it), and review the new releases Exodus: Gods and Kings and Inherent Vice.

Is Exodus: Gods and Kings just The Phantom Menace for Christians? Okay, probably not, but that’s just one of the wacky things we say on The B-Movies Podcast #200: The Christian Phantom Menace! (Hence the title.) Follow us on Twitter at @BMoviesPodcast, follow your hosts at @WilliamBibbiani and @WitneySeibold, and follow this week’s special guest David Bergantino at @DavidBergantino.
