Exclusive Video: Boardwalk Empire: The Complete Series Blu-ray

On Tuesday, May 19, HBO Home Entertainment is releasing Boardwalk Empire: The Complete Series on DVD and Blu-ray. All 56 episodes of Terence Winter’s acclaimed period series will be included along with a new exclusive disk of bonus content.

Boardwalk Empire takes place during the Prohibition era of the ‘20s as Enoch “Nucky” Thompson (Steve Buscemi) attempts to build and maintain his criminal enterprises while bouncing off historical gangsters including Arnold Rothstein, Lucky Luciano and Al Capone. Across five seasons, Winter and his creative team weaved an epic tale of corruption and vice.

CraveOnline is proud to present an exclusive video from Boardwalk Empire: The Complete Series that focuses on the destruction of Babette’s nightclub from season 3 episode 8. As you can see below, a lot of stunt work and CGI was used to believably bring that explosion to life.
