Although Lindsay Lohan has reportedly told friends that Calum Best is “the one,” model, Sara Kova, says Best wanted to give her one when the pair crossed paths at the opening of the Bahamas club , Cove at Atlantis, last Friday night. Sara Kova tells the New York Daily News :
I was walking to the ladies’ room when I passed him walking from the men’s room. He gave me a smile. Then he put his hands on my hips and turned me toward the wall, like he was a cop who was about to frisk me. He held my hands so my booty would be pressed against his … well, his crotch.
“I turned to move away. Then he grabbed by jaw and planted a kiss. I giggled. Okay, I might have been a little intoxicated. But I was also shocked. I didn’t know this guy’s name. The whole time, no words were spoken. Finally, I walked away. After I came out of the bathroom, I went back to the main room, and saw this same guy kissing Lindsay Lohan. She was kind of straddling him. I said to myself, ‘What just happened here?'”
Wow, I barely know who Calum Best is, but I never knew he was such a gentleman. You don’t get much classier than molesting random girls while your girlfriend is in the other room. Careful ladies, don’t tempt this mysterious stranger. You’ll be no match for his cunning charms!

Top 10 Scream Queens
Scout Taylor-Compton
Of course you’ll recognize Scout from Mr. Zombie’s recent Halloween remakes, playing the part of victim du jour, Laurie Strode. In playing the part of the “last girl”, Scout has great potential to keep working in the genre. The reasons for this are twofold: One, the last girl is generally the star of the movie. Because they are typically cute in that sort of way that allows them to play a teenager well into their thirties, "last girl" archetypes like Scout can potentially keep this role going for years to come. Second, she doesn’t take off her top, which separates her from the “horny teen” character role that usually gets killed in the first third of every horror movie. This isn’t really an ideal role to have because eventually, audiences get tired of seeing the same chick’s tits over and over and they move on to the next thing. I have a feeling that we’ll be seeing a lot more of Scout in the near future, especially since she’s going to be playing Lita Ford in The Runaways , which is obviously not a horror film but is still totally awesome.
Sarah Michellle Gellar
Not only was she Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but SMG (as I like to call her) has also starred in numerous horror films, most notably Scream 2 , I Know What You Did Last Summer and The Grudge . She also played Daphne in the Scooby Doo movies, but I don’t think those films technically count as horror films because the ghosts always turn out to be a carnie or a creepy professor or something like that in the end.
Asia Argento
The daughter of famed Italian horror/suspense director Dario Argento, Asia Argento is the prototype for the “Suicide Girls” generation of scream queens to follow in her footsteps. With dark hair, tattoos, a propensity for nudity and a near constant sneer, Asia is instantly recognizable to American horror fans despite the fact that most of her films are in Italian.
Sheri Moon Zombie
Two words: Devil’s Rejects . Sheri Moon Zombie comes off as just about the most batshit insane character in Rob Zombie’s 70s exploitation slasher flick, which is really saying something because the entire cast of that film was particularly frightening. The thing that made her a star in the horror community was how she embodied a modern day “siren” of Greek legend, a beautiful woman on the outside that turns out to be a dangerous killer up close. Sheri Moon Zombie tends to stick to her husband’s films almost exclusively, but I suspect that she may have the chops to branch out into some serious thriller/drama stuff in the near future should she choose to do so.
Margot Kidder
Margot Kidder is perhaps better known for her role as Lois Lane in the Superman movie of the 70s and 80s. But she got her start in such classic horror films as The Amityville Horror and Halloween II . Perhaps most notable was her role in Black Christmas , which many consider to be the first traditional slasher film ever presented to mainstream audiences. In it, Kidder plays a foul mouthed, drunken sorority girl, which set the tone for many of the edgier character archetypes to appear in later films in the genre.
Danielle Harris
Danielle Harris is to the Halloween franchise what Heather Langenkamp is to A Nightmare on Elm Street . She’s appeared in more original installments and remakes than just about anyone. Danielle Harris also wins bonus points for having her own stalker/killer experience in real life, when an obsessed fan appeared at her house armed with a teddy bear and a shotgun.
Jamie Lee Curtis
Jamie Lee Curtis got her start as the original Laurie Strode, before moving on to various other horror classics like The Fog and Prom Night . She’s better remembered by some for her roles in lighter fare like A Fish Called Wanda or Freaky Friday , but horror fans consider her to be the progenitor of the modern scream queen.
Neve Campbell
Neve Campbell is best known for her role as Sidney in the Scream series, although she also appeared in the teenage witch movie, The Craft . Her character in Scream is of particular importance because she manages to be self-aware of slasher movie conventions wile at the same time participating in them. We’re excited to see where they take the series next when Scream 4 comes out later this year, especially since most of the annoying actors from previous entries have pretty much all been killed off by now.
Janet Leigh
Janet Leigh’s appearance in Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho set a new standard for storytelling, cinematography and the actor’s role in the horror genre, raising the bar almost impossibly high for the modern filmmaker. Her shower scene in that movie is one that has been emulated tens of thousands of times, but rarely as artfully as it was in that film.
Naomi Watts
Not too many people would consider Naomi Watts a scream queen, yet when you look at her filmography, that’s exactly what she is. By appearing in Funny Games , King Kong and The Ring , she’s essentially completed the psycho slasher/moster/ghost movie triathlon.
