For guests with a sweet tooth, 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel’s Sunset & S’mores events offer a decadent menu of s’mores and savory cocktails. Every Thursday from 5-9 p.m. guests are invited to gather round the fire pit on the hotel’s patio overlooking the St. Lawrence for out-of-the-box s’more recipes, ranging from The King – a graham cracker piled with peanut butter cups, banana, marshmallow and maple candied bacon – to the Framboise Crème – a s’more with raspberry and white chocolate mascarpone. Pair it with The Elvis Presley – a blend of vodka, Irish cream, Frangelico and crème de banana – or Toasted Almond – a martini with Kahlua, amaretto and half and half. Guests can snack and sip to live tunes by Eric Fulton from 5-7 p.m. One s’more with any cocktail is $15.95. A second s’more can be added for $5.95.
