Well this is absurd.
A Tennessee woman named Tori Jenkins was left distraught according to her fiancé Tyler Newman after she was given the boot from a communal pool outside her apartment after folks in charge said her swimsuit might “excite teenage boys.” So I’m assuming they want all women in garment bags at the pool?
Tyler took it to his Facebook to express his anger and to also explain the situation. Here is just part of what Tyler had to say on Facebook.

“Today my fiancée was faced with either changing her bathing suit, covering up with shorts, or leaving the pool that we paid a $300 fee to maintain on top of a monthly rent of nearly $1000 (not including utilities and wifi). Tori was accused of wearing a “thong bathing suit” and told there were complaints about the way she was dressed after roughly 3 minutes tops, of us arriving there.”
“I’ve never seen my fiancée so embarrassed to the point where she can’t even look her best friends in the face,” Tyler added. “I’ve never seen her cry like she did in our apartment today.

It gets more bizarre. According to Tyler, the leasing consultant even wanted photos of Tori to be taken:
“In the office, the leasing consultant (who, for now, I will not name) insisted upon letting Tori take her picture to show ‘how inappropriate’ her bathing suit was, and instructed her to look into a mirror at her own body,” Tyler explains.
“When my fiancée replied with ‘I know what I look like, I bought this myself, it’s not a thong,’ she was told ‘there are a lot of teenage boys in this complex, and you don’t need to excite them’.”
Wow. Pretty damn ridiculous. Tyler’s post of course has blown up on Facebook with the majority of people baffled by what’s wrong with Tori’s swimsuit.
Someone please tell the idiots who work at that apartment complex that women wear swimsuits at the pool, and not turtlenecks and jeans.
