NBC’s reinvention of Hannibal for television has resulted in one of the most macabre and strangely beautiful series on TV. Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) may be a heartless serial killer, but he’s also a man of fine taste and he sure knows how to cook.
In addition to Mikkelsen’s stunning turn as Hannibal Lecter, Hugh Dancy costars as Will Graham, with Laurence Fishburne as Jack Crawford and Caroline Dhavernas as Dr. Alana Bloom. The third season of Hannibal is coming to NBC this summer, but Titan Books is releasing a Hannibal companion book next month.
