Like many of you, I grew up obsessed with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I had all the toys and anticipated every Saturday morning to watch their next battle against Shredder. With the new Ninja Turtles movie coming out soon, yet another generation will be as obsessed as we were. As much fun as the concept is, there are obviously some major flaws in an idea centered on giant turtles … trained by a rat … to do battle using karate … against an alien.
