Chosen by 30 Under 30 alums Halsey, Jason Derulo, and manager Anthony Saleh, the Class Of 2017 is headlined by R&B sensation Gallant (check out his “Open Up” video below), the Chainsmokers Drew Taggart (his other half, Alex Pall is past the expiration date at 31), Twenty One Pilots’ Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph and Desiigner of “Panda” fame, who is the second youngest on the list at age 19.

More than one-third of the distinguished Forbes list is made up of behind-the-scenes players like La Mar Taylor, the creative director behind the The Weeknd’s elaborate stage sets, Chance the Rapper’s manager Pat Corcoran, who helped make history with the first Grammy nomination for a streaming-only record (Coloring Book), and Joe Kay, a go-to music tastemaker who launched label/collective Soulection.
