The Final ‘Clarke & Dawe’ Episode Is Here, And It’s A Gem

The final episode of the ABC‘s satirical series Clarke & Dawe has been released, following the tragic death of John Clarke earlier this month at the age of 68.

The previously unseen episode was filmed on 5th April, just days before Clarke’s death, and has now been released with the permission of Clarke’s family and his colleague Bryan Dawe.

The clip is titled ‘On neologism’ and sees Clarke & Dawe cover topics like the NBN, crowdfunding, ‘fake news’, ‘alternative facts’, ‘clean coal’ and political correctness. Watch the whole thing in all its brilliance, below.

Clarke died of natural causes after collapsing during a hike in Victoria’s Grampians National Park on Sunday, 9th April. Since then, tributes have been flowing in for the New Zealand-Australian satirist from across the media and comedy industries.
