Forget the fact that Minneapolis has the 10th-highest robbery rate in the nation. You have to address the important shit, kids. You know, like what transpires on a “reality” show like The Bachelor.
According to Mashable, people across the country aren’t dealing very well with Arie’s decision on The Bachelor to send Lauren packing, propose to Becca and then dump Becca because he was really in love with Lauren. In fact, one lawmaker in Becca’s home state of Minnesota was so butthurt by what took place on the show that he promised to write up a bill that would ban Arie from setting foot in the state if his tweet about it was retweeted at least 1,000 times.

Thankfully, Rep. Drew Christensen’s prayers were answered, and he proved that he was a man of his word by drawing up the bill that would ban that dickhead Arie from Minnesota if it’s approved by his fellow lawmakers.

“The state of Minnesota hereby adopts a policy of zero tolerance of Arie Luyendyk, Jr. from season 22 of the The Bachelor (sic). It is state policy that every person in the state has a right to live free from the presence of Arie Luyendyk, Jr. in the state,” the bill reads.
Let’s be honest. A lawmaker in any state wasting time with something like this is almost as disgusting as the fact that The Bachelor continues to be one of ABC’s highest rated shows.
