Show me somebody who watched the second game of the Icelandic basketball playoffs series between Haukar and Kelfavik live on television, and I’ll show you a fucking liar.
However, if we’re covering Icelandic hoops, then odds are something extraordinary occurred, and it’s something you’re going to want to set aside a few moments for.
According to CBS Sports, that is indeed the case, as some dude on Haukar chucked a shot the length of the court as time expired and the game tied at 82. Obviously, if he would have missed it, it wouldn’t have been a story.
However, there are actually two reasons worth watching this clip. Sure, the shot goes in, but it’s the way that the two announcers lose their shit after he makes the shot that will have you laughing your ass off and giving it another watch.
